Tom Richardson

Established in 1993, Richardson Management Pty Ltd is based in Melbourne, Australia and provides strategic consulting, training and executive coaching services to clients throughout Australia and Asia.

Founder and Principal Tom Richardson established Richardson Management Pty Ltd after a successful sales and marketing management career including senior management positions at Shell & Kodak.

Tom holds a Bachelor Business (Marketing) degree from Monash University, Melbourne and Certificate IV in TAE. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (FAMI) and a Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM).

At Shell Australia, Tom held several management positions in the Downstream Oil division. He was recruited as a graduate into the role of Area Manager and was promoted to the position of District Sales Manager, where he was responsible for Shell’s business (sales $M450) through a network of over 100 dealers and distributors.

At Kodak he was responsible for the establishment of the Kodak Express Brand Licensing (Franchise) program in Australia.

He is a guest lecturer on Leadership, Strategic/Global Account Management, Sales Management and Advanced Sales Strategies at a number of universities and business schools in Australia.

Tom has presented seminars throughout Australia and internationally including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines.

Tom is married with a son. He enjoys golf, travel, fishing and distance running – has completed 10 marathons. He is a member of MCC and follows AFL team - Melbourne Demons.
